Our Commitment to Accessibility

We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information and services on the internet. We continuously work to improve the user experience for all visitors, including people with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor disabilities.

Type of Service

The service is provided online only. There are no physical offices serving the public, and therefore this accessibility statement relates solely to the accessibility of the website itself.

Standard and Conformance Level

The website was built according to W3C WCAG 2.1 guidelines at Level AA, and in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568. Implemented features include, among others:

• Screen reader compatibility
• Full keyboard navigation
• Adequate color contrast between text and background
• Alternative text (alt) for meaningful images
• Hierarchical semantic heading structure (H1–H6)
• Form field labeling with <label> and ARIA attributes
• Text zoom support up to 200% without content loss
• Tab-key navigation with a "Skip to main content" link

Accessibility Audit

A self-assessment was performed against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Israeli Standard IS 5568. The site was tested both at the code level (semantic markup, ARIA, contrast, keyboard navigation) and manually using screen-reader simulation.

On-Site Accessibility Tools

The site includes an accessibility widget (the floating circular button) that lets visitors make personal adjustments without any additional software:

• Text size adjustment (80%–150%)
• High contrast mode
• Link highlighting
• Enlarged mouse cursor
• Switch to a highly readable font
• Pause animations and distracting motion
• One-click reset of all settings

Assistive Technology Compatibility

The site supports leading screen-reader technologies. Adjustments were verified with the following combinations:

• NVDA and JAWS with Chrome and Firefox on Windows
• VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS
• TalkBack with Chrome on Android

Keyboard Navigation

The site can be used fully with a keyboard only, without a mouse:

• Tab — move to the next interactive element (link, button, field)
• Shift + Tab — move back to the previous element
• Enter — activate a link or button
• Space — activate buttons, toggle checkboxes
• Esc — close pop-up dialogs and menus
• Pressing Tab at the start of the page reveals a "Skip to main content" link that bypasses the navigation menu

Supported Browsers

The site is tested and fully compatible with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Very old operating systems or browser versions may show unrelated display issues.
